Any maintenance that I have done on my Honda Pilot '05 is, firstly, described to me in detail work that is necessary to keep the vehicle moving and me driving, safely. This advance knowledge gives me time to prepare, budget - wise and time-wise. The maintenance is completed on time, a nice car wash to keep the vehicle looking good on the outside and off I go. Any parts used or replaced are warranted. I feel like I get more years added to the 'life' of my car.

Great place. Ken Schwartz was outstanding. Drove the Ridgeline but didn't purchase. The price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay. They did provide me with a good offer on my vehicle though. Not sure of my next steps.

First bought my car here in the end of 2020 and the buying process went great! Got a sweet deal, now fast forward to May 2022 still getting pretty good service from the service team when I go for oil changes and other concerns. I didn’t get a solution when I brought it in one time for a random vibration when I brake & a clicking noise coming from my car, but hopefully I’ll get a solution one day. Other than that servicing my car here is pretty straight forward and detailed make sure to get an appointment!

Everyone at Autonation Honda East was great! Joanne Nguyen and Carlos Burgur were professional and courteous. They answered all of our questions clearly and did not try to confuse us with jargon or add hidden fees like other dealerships. I have always had excellent service at Auto Nation Honda as a loyal customer since 2013. I appreciate that Vincent, the service manager, takes time with the customers and listens to their concerns. He is caring and is honest. My service rep., David, communicates with me throughout my service and I’m SO happy the shuttle service is back! Donald, the driver, picked me up and dropped me off. Kayla makes everything smoother as I dread going in to service with my Honda Sport is always a couple to a few hundred dollars maintenence. I've gotten all my servicing here at Auto Nation Honda off Sarah since moving here in 2018. I've never had a problem with getting help. Yesterday's service appointment went smooth. Dropped my car off at 8:17am for scheduled work needed at 15,000 miles was out of there around 10:00am. Done and done, customer service from Robert I believe, was great! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The people at AN are really considerate when it comes to their customers. Ariel at the service department was really honest and helpful when it came to fixing a flat tire. At other tire stores, I was told I need to change all four tires (because of one flat tire), but Ariel ensured I only needed to change that one tire, since the other tires' were not as worn down as the other tire shops insisted. So, they really are not trying to rip you off, which is something anyone can appreciate.

I cant believe my father bought a vehicle from this very unprofessional location. I was hoping to resolve an issue with a lease (death of owner) and "Ivan" at first was acting helpful. When he realized I was a POA he immediately said "we dont do that". You cant tell someone who holds a legal document that they cant deal with you. Maybe is a Vegas thing. Subsequently, I cannot get anyone on the phone E V E R. It says the system is unable to take the call, they dont even answer the phone. And the car he sold my elderly parents is like a shell; didn't even know cars came empty this way anymore. Whomever this IVAN guy is might possibly be the worst representation of the Honda (which I have enjoyed since 95). RUN from this location.

We were looking for a new Accord Hybrid, and had tried to contact all the dealers in Las Vegas. Ken at AutoNation Honda East was the first, and for a while the only person to respond. He was quick with good answers to our questions and helped us reserve an inbound car that met our requirements. In the office, we were treated very professionally and kindly by all the people involved: the one who greeted us, Ken Schwartz, and both of the gentlemen in the Finance department. Brought in because we thought we'd blown a seal on our struts. They cleaned the bottom and inspected the car. No leaks found. Turns out we drove through something foul smelling and oily. They washed the car and sent us on our way, no charge.

In this time of short supply, I first went to Honda West. I found out they were adding a "protection package" (upgraded floor mats, rubber trunk cover, plastic door covers) for - get ready for it- $2200. Mandatory, on every car. If that's not the definition of rip off, I dont know what is. Andres Solano was wonderful to deal with. Ask for him. Alex in finance was super also. Autonation was straightfoward and great.

On my way to Las Vegas from LA, my car had an issue about 20 mins before arriving to LV. It was minor but needed to be fixed ASAP because there’s no way I could drive on the freeway. I took my car in and was expecting my car to be there all day and cost me an arm and a leg. I was shocked and relieved that my car was fix in less than 2 hours, but I was even more relieved that it did not cost me a lot. The cost did not affect my budget at all. On top, Ariel was not only friendly, he was so helpful and honest. I do not live in LV, but I super recommend this place. Again Ariel, thank you for your super kind customer service!! I made it back to LA, no problem with my car!!!!!!!!

I've been a Honda customer since 2017.. My first 2017 Honda Civic I leased through the Honda location in the Northwest part of Las Vegas My 2020 Honda Civic I purchased in March of 2020 just before covid hit. AutoNation Honda East on Sahara went out of their way to order the vehicle I wanted from Phoenix, Arizona. Even though I live on the west side of town there's a location near my home but I prefer to have my vehicle serviced at AutoNation (Sahara East) Last week my car wouldn't start. Robert the service representative called to schedule an appointment for me to drop off my vehicle before I went to work the following day, a few hours later Robert called to say my Honda was ready, not only the fast service Robert provided that day, I didn't have to pay to replace my battery, he went out of his way to confirm the battery was under warranty!!! As we all know with the inflation everyone is counting their pennies.. Thank you Robert for your excellent customer service and saving me 💰💰💰

Roger in the service shop is AMAZING! Our fuel pump called it quits in Vegas on my wife's trip to California. It was after hrs for the lab techs, but Roger made sure our 2020 Odyssey would be looked at first thing the next morning. His tech did a great job at finding the problem and fixing our vehicle quickly! I was not with my wife during this, and Roger helped me and my wife feel better about the situation. I had a radiator flush done at 66000 miles plus regular maintenance. 597 dollars. I picked up my car later in the day and all technicians had gone.cashier was only one there. I went to my car and I could smell radiator fluid or antifreeze. Drove my car home. 4 miles from the dealership. Next day I drove 10 miles. Car still smelled of antifreeze. 2 days later I drove 1 mile and hot temperature gauge came on.i immediately drove to dealership. Manager said after radiator flush sometimes car develops air bubbles. But there was no damage. I noticed when I used air conditioner it wasnt as cold ad it was before radiator flush. After 2 weeks my car still smelled of antifreeze so I went back to dealership and service advisor said there was antifreeze that leaked and needed to be cleaned. Smell went away but I lost faith in auto nation east sahara. So on my next maintenance I went to a different dealership. They tell me whoever has been changing my oil stripped the bolt to the oil pan and I needed a new oil pan.700 dollars plus 200 for labor.i thought would honda auto nation deliberately strip the bolt on the oil pan.after the radiator flush and then the problem with the stripped oil pan that either they have technicians that arent trained or they have technicians that are not completely honest. I will never go back to auto nation east sahara or would I ever recommend

Wow- amazing service. Brought my CRV in for a recall repair. Kevin took great pains to explain all the things they found, though he was not at all pushy about getting it done there. He expressed care and personal interest. Clearly they take pride in their work. Very detail-oriented. They even cleaned my car for free (badly needed and it looks great). I’m totally not used to this quality of service at a dealer. I highly recommend.

Went in for a multi point diagnosis and was suggested to get spark plugs replaced. Agreed to the spark plugs and next day came back and they told me about my diagnosis that my battery was fine. I hop in my car and it wouldn’t start. They jump start it and take it to the back and then tell me “oh actually your battery is not fine & and you need a new starter”. They’re diagnosis are not accurate or correct and don’t trust them. They probably put things on my diagnosis sheet to be replaced that don’t even need to be looking for money out of me. When I’m asking on how to read the diagnosis sheet and explain to me what is going on with my car, Mariana one of the tech agents reps was quick to talk over me and try and rush me out the door. It was obvious that I was a nuisance to her by her attitude and reactions and snappy responses. When all I asked for was a break down of what I paid for and what services were done to my car. She automatically put her guard up and chose problems. She can’t handle simple, direct, & blunt questions without being offended or ready to argue or defend herself. Save your money your time. Horrible and uncomfortable experience. P.S. David was cool.

APPOINMENTS very much recommended but walk ins can happen. It was currently being renovated at the time but STILL very easy to find the service center with all their directing signs. I just needed a look at my bent rim to see if they can fix it along with a new tire, and they were capable. Everything could have been done same day. You can wait in their lobby or leave your car.

Coming here I was in a serious bad mood due to having a issue with a different Honda dealer, so I called Andres who took the time to reach out to me that they will be having a few Accord 2.0t which I wanted, called him and said “I’ll be coming to the dealer” he took his time to talk to me and get to know me and dedicated his time to help me with the paperwork. I will be honest I was sitting in the dealer for a great few hours but what Andres did was by far the best salesman I’ve had, got me approved for a brand new 2021 Accord 2.0t with 0 miles I was shocked and couldn’t believe this was happening with amazing benefits and a decent payment. If anyone were to ask me where is the best place to get a new or used car I will send them to AutoNation Honda East Las Vegas, with Andres and Kenny I felt royalty, respected, and they both did a great job checking on me while I was waiting for the paperwork to be processed by the banks not going to lie they are both great guys in my experience with this dealership.

1st ever car purchase in April of 2021 and a year later I am out of a car... I bought the car in cash, was excited and confident in my choice. Thought I was getting a good deal and for something safe and reliable for my family. Drove the car off the lot and days later the check engine came on as well as I noticed oil leakage in my drive way. They claimed to have done a "10 point inspection" and said that the oil was just excess from the pan as they had just changed it. Due to craziness surrounding covid last year the car sat for 4 months undriven starting in Sep. Driving home from the gas station the engine cut out while driving and seized up. Options to fix it cost more than I paid outright they are claiming it a normal possibility and unable to offer any help or suggestions besides buying another car. Do not purchase a used vehicle from this dealership or any other that makes you sign and arbitration agreement. I know now that is a clear red flag that they know they are selling you a bad deal.

What a great experience! Jon was great to work with. He never made us feel pressured to buy and never tried to upsell us on anything. We were coming from out of state, so he even made sure we were qualified with the rate we were looking for before we travelled to Vegas to get the car. On March 7, we went to AutoNation Honda East Las Vegas to have our car (Honda Odyssey 2014) examined and fixed the problems, these problems including "D" signal blinking, service light on, FCW systems failed, LDW and FCW yellow signs show on the screen. They used electronic diagnosis to check and found out the problems, and to replace transmission 3rd clutch pressure switch, changed gasket , drain washer, full synthetic ATF etc. Total amount of invoice was $660.37. When we drove the car on March 8, all these problems showed up again. then I sent an email to service advisor Ariel Barbon, he set up another appointment on March 9, to reinstall the sensor. Total invoice amount of this appointment is zero. Service Advisor Ariel Barbon is very sincere person and felt apologetic for not fixing the problems at the first time. I rate his service for 5 stars..

I’ve been coming to get my car service here since 2017. Staff is friendly and always keep you posted on updates with your car. I did have an incident where the service that was completed on my car was not good. I returned back to the dealership and they fixed it right away. During and after Covid services where taking a little bit longer than expected but they try to get you out the door as soon as possible. Overall I would recommend!

The appointment was easy to make. The staff took the car back to service right in time. The new temporary waiting room is nicer and larger than the previous permanent one. As far as snacks and sodas, their waiting room offers nothing but coffee, powdered milk, and water. The service was completed on time. There is a lack of written documentation as to their findings.

I recently took my vehicle in for service to the Honda auto nation location I received some of the best service I’ve ever had from any shop in the Vally of Vegas my service advisor Jose Ramirez Violeta Went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was serviced correctly kept me up to date as to what was going on with the service app on picking up my vehicle after repairs got down and showed me the specific parts that where replaced on my vehicle those type of actions what I love to see most shops will take short cuts to get you out faster but here I feel I was taken well care of my vehicle driving better than it ever has since I purchased it I have nobody to thank but the experts over at the AutoNation honda service garage those guys are awesome

I am the most positive person and was taught if you do not have anything good to say be hush . I was always taught to see the rainbow even after the storm . However , there is no way I can not warn people of the poor professionalism at this dealership . Let’s look at the pros as there is always good 1. The process was painless , quick and simple .2. We love the vehicle we purchased . . However , once you drive the vehicle off the lot everything they told you is incorrect . It took us 2 months to get a tag because it was not given to us and we were told that the DMV had it . Even the DMV person laughed as if she had heard this before about this dealership . They were rude every time we called . If it hadn’t happened to us I wouldn’t believe it . They couldn’t have been more unorganized , unprofessional even if they were being paid to. It was mind blowing that they are still in business .

They will lie to you about your car get you to spend money on parts you don't need and the kicker the parts you paid them to fix they will say they changed the part but it's a lie I had them change my lower strut mount and when I got my car it was the same way I told them they said it has to be something else witch was a lie I had someone look at the car they told me it was the mount I said impossible because I just paid hundreds of dollars to fix it but sure enough he changed it and it fixed the problem they are Dishonest I will never go back to this place

I have great stuff with this place.......and not so great stuff with AutoNation. They picked me up from the airport and stayed open late so we could get paperwork done that night and leave early in the morning which was amazing. On the other hand, sold me a car which they told me was in "perfect, garage kept condition..... the night we got there saw the front spoiler was broken and looked like it needed reattached to the bumpers and when we got it home found out the bumper (underneath the front spoiler) was cracked and broken and needed replaced.

At a time when many dealers in Las Vegas are charging $5,000 to $10,000 above MSRP, I was pleased to find AutoNation Honda did not. I was able to get a 2021 Honda Ridgeline for under MSRP without added things like paint protectant which many dealerships use to add profit margin. Ariel, in service, did an amazing job on my vehicle. I bought a used Odyssey earlier this year and I learned that this was the same place my vehicle had been serviced. Arial took such excellent care of my odyssey on a day I was really stressed out. My granddaughter died of cancer last week and we needed to travel to Utah for the graveside service. Terrible service, even worse excuses. I brought my 2019 Accord in for the fuel pump recall and about a month later my car ends up stalling in the middle of the road. I was stranded for hours near a busy intersection in 115F weather. I eventually got my car towed and dropped my car off for them to look at the next morning. I came back the next day and I am told that a faulty fuel pump O ring was the cause of the issue. I asked to meet with the service manager to see why their team did not see any issues while testing the new fuel pump. In a nutshell, the service manager told me that it was a Honda design issue and there was not much their technicians can do. If it is a Honda design issue, then why is Honda still selling cars? It seems like the service manager was deflecting the blame from him and his service team and putting it on Honda. The service manager asked what he could do. He proposed doing something like refueling my car. What a joke. I guess putting my life in danger and wasting my time has the value of a tank of gas. I would avoid buying your car and getting your car service at this dealership. They clearly do not value your time, money, and safety. My family and I are lifetime Honda owners, but I think that might have to come to an end. I have filed tickets at Honda Corporate and the NHTSA. A Honda Corporate investigator has contacted me and I will be speaking with her next week. NHTSA has also reported this incident to the manufacturer. I find it unusual that I was not asked to fill out a survey about the service. Instead of being spammed by phone calls and emails to complete a survey, all I am getting is radio silence.

We negotiated a new 2021 Honda Pilot over email, yet it still took 5 hours from walking in and leaving the dealership with new car. Technically the 2021 Pilot is new since no one ever purchased it; however, the vehicle seems like a used car. It had > 500 miles on it, scratches and dents on both interior and exterior, and there we animal hairs inside. It seems like someone took a road trip in it. We purchased several accessories and left the car there for installation over 2 days. When we picked up the vehicle, there were more smudges inside and outside of the car. I guess that vehicle was not washed or clean up after the accessories installation. The service department drilled hols and installed a license plate holder at the front bumper even though this was neither ordered or requested by us. Fortunately, the service department agreed to let us return the next week for the removal of the front bumper license and to repair the holes on the front bumper. We do appreciate the service manager for overseeing this correction, and for ensuring that a good job was done for this repair.

The worst experience in my entire time buying a car. Horrible customer service, the store has very poor communication between staff. I bought my car back in February of this year. In may I had to change the battery, on June 8th I had to do my service where they changed the oil they told me that they "checked the whole car and that it was in perfect condition". Today, June 21st, my ac is broken and even though I explained this is my only car and a single mom, I have to wait for my car to be fixed in 4 days. I say they have excellent customer service, but they don't.

There is a service advisor that works at the east Sahara Honda dealership. He is the rudest person when I talked to him he didn't want to work on my vehicle he said take it to another dealership. I had to explain to him other dealerships will not honor the warranty. I had to argue with him too get the service for my car. After they had the vehicle for 3 days. I picked up the vehicle and the vehicle was still not fixed. It continued to not start and I called the dealership and had to explain to them that the vehicle was not fixed it's not starting and you have to jump start the vehicle almost every time you get into the vehicle. Rodger seemed very upset because he had to work on the vehicle again. He explained that the starter was defective when they put the new starter in. Ater the new starter was put in the vehicle seems to be working. Rodger needs to be more customer friendly with his customers. I didn't have a good experience with this dealership.

Sales rep left me waiting for long period of time after completing the credit application. I had to bring my children with me which wasn?t ideal but I didn?t have other options. My 2 kids were fussing and I was tired of waiting, so I took my application and left. A manager caught me at my car and apologized profusely for what happened. I ended up leaving the application for them to process and then returned later to complete the deal. I did drive away with a new car. However they promised me to fill up my gas tank for completing their Honda Experience survey. I had to come back 10 days later for something else so I did the survey and when I asked about them filling up the tank they claimed they were unable to verify the survey was completed until the following day and refused to honor their promise of filling up my gas tank until they could verify. They didn?t tell me any of that when they said they?d fill up my gas tank. This dealership has subpar customer service and is not willing to do what is needed to ensure a pleasant experience and happy customers. I?d recommend another dealership that has better service.

I went to my Honda service dept to get my air conditioning fixed and to ask if I needed a timing belt replacement. When I pulled up to a service advisor's station, a technician passing by suddenly stopped and said that he smelled coolant leaking. I asked for a computer diagnostic test and an eyeball inspection. It turned out that my car was not safe to drive. I had a coolant leak, my radiator needed replacement, brake pads cleaned and adjusted, and I think one or two other things taken care of. My timing belt is still in good shape. The A/C needed a big drink of freon. The service advisor, Kayla, was attentive, professional, honest, and so pleasant while still serious about my car and my concerns. She pointed out several repair options for parts that saved some money while still maintaining quality. She said my car was not safe to drive and arranged for their shuttle to take me home and pick me up when the repairs were done which really meant so much for me. She returned a call and e-mails promptly and that I am not used to so she is an advisor that I want to keep. Kayla is an asset for Honda, a keeper.

Okay so my 07 Accord was sluggish and some compliance bushings were shot so i was having a very bumpy ride. Brought it to Justin at AutoNation Honda and not only did he figure out why the car was sluggish but he did it with no engine light. Bushings done with everything they did only took a couple hours. Cars purring quieter than a kitten now and also the ride is very smooth. Thank you bro.

The one thing I have to say is, during the finance part of it, I was offered the add-on's, he did not fully give me pricing, my mistake and not asking, but I think when offering the add-on's he should have said "this is the add-on, this is the cost to you". I should have reviewed it but he really didn't offer that either....I learned a good lesson that day for sure....purchasing my first car since my husbands passing....I guess I just was really nervous about the entire thing....once again my mistake so now I am really stuck with a few add-on's I don't want.

The service department did not advise me that the side mirror they replaced would not be the same color/finish of the existing mirror and that the warranty does not cover paint. Now, one mirror is white and the other is pearl. I left several messages for a management call-back. No one ever called back and the General Manager was never available to receive my call. I firmly believe one important way to measure a service company is by how it responds to the inevitable mistake they will make. AutoNation Honda in Las Vegas failed miserably on this one. I will now need to take the vehicle to another location to correct the color.

I like David, he is so honest and actually is one of the best technicians there. I took my truck in and he told me what the most important repairs were. I have a 20 year old SUV and I think whoever the mechanic is, they do the repairs as good as my husband. I have been to some sketchy mechanics. They are expensive. I would hesitate to take your hybrid here if it needs repairs. they use to have an excellent hybrid mechanic years ago I don't know where he went.

The entire time it took to complete the work was under 2 hours. The cost? over $900. I feel I was way overcharged and next time I will take my Honda to another mechanic. The Good: Your staff is truly outstanding, Jocelyn Briones, and Arhiell Cruda in sales and Alan in finance are all a credit to AutoNation Honda, nothing but smiles and politeness, truly could not have been better, perhaps a little faster, but all in all a very nice experience. The Bad: I was told that my purchase was a certified used car, took a test drive, everything was great, when I went to leave the car had not been washed, had been there for 2 1/2 hours already and didn't want to wait any longer, I didn't check the gas, it was almost empty, stopped on west Charleston to fill up, when I got home I went over the CRV more carefully, found candy wrappers in the pocket of the driver door, discovered a spillage of some sort on the passenger's side of the dash. In retrospect I just thought a little more attention to detail at the dealer level about the washing and cleanliness of the vehicle would have made the entire car buying experience better and certainly less disappointing.

I was at first pleased with my buying experience. It was explained to me that all cars undergo a thorough 125 point inspection. To me that meant that all cars passed the inspection. When I get home, I read the report a little closer. On the car I purchased it indicated that a strut leaked and needed to be replaced. It also noted that the tires were dry rotting. Finally, I was not provided a spare key. Unless, they make it right, I will never purchase another car from this dealership or recommend it to anyone else.

Hi, The facilities are not the best at the Sahara location, since 2017 they were talking about the remodel and we are now on 2020 it doesn't show that the facilities are any better either for the services specialists or for us the customers. The area where we are checking in with the service specialist is not safe for them or for us, please revisit the location and if you really read the reviews and follow up on it maybe this one might be one of those. Customer services is great but the facilities needs updating and customer friendly.

Stay away from this dealership! I brought my Honda Odyssey to this dealership , trusted them and thats the biggest mistake I did. I brought my vehicle just to fix. the rubber due to its coming off a little bit that needs to be glued back. The service advisor said it going to take two hrs but it took like more or less 5 hours. After fixing and everything done the service advisor gave me the key I drive home... on my way home I noticed the dashboard screen was static and the sound system sounding crappy( low , canny and muffled) i returned to the dealership and complained but they refused when I said i want it certified in accordance to manufacturers specification quality because theyre saying theres nothing wrong when its so obvious that there is. why reuse to have it certified if they believe nothing went wrong. I called American Honda about this issue and according to them they shouldnt have refused specially its under warantee.. they really.must have done something wrong with it!!! so dont make the mistake of entrusting your hard earned money to this dealership!

I took my car in for service for the first time and it started off descent, when I went to pick it up was completely ignored by our representatives, walked up to the cashiers desk and was acknowledged and ignored so I waited patiently while another person walked up and started having a conversation with the cashier so I mentioned I was there to pick up my vehicle and then attended. The first service was supposed to be a complementary oil change to which I was told I had to pay for the service, I mentioned to them that it was comped at which point this service attendant was called and said that that was not the case, we then went to figure it out with financing. It was then comped, And walk back over to cashier to pick up my paperwork and keys. I asked if the vehicle was washed and was told that every time you bring in a vehicle for service it is washed in which it was not my car wasn’t brought out to the front I had to walk out and look for it and which was in the back and not washed with the trash still inside. terrible service and experience

Even with an appointment for service department I was still there for over two hours just for an oil change. Yes they are nice and yes they washed my car, but more than 2 hours is ridiculous. Either they are overbooking, or it's first come first served and appointments are pointless, either of which they should have told me when I made the appointment. I waited in line to check in longer than it's taken an oil change to be done in other places.

Scheduling the appointment was a breeze again, and I even had to reschedule and the rep. was accommodating! When arriving, a couple people made sure I was getting helped, and when I saw my service rep. (Keith) he was very kind and even transferred me to Evelyn who usually takes care of my services. Evelyn looked like she was handling other vehicles but made sure she came up to me to let me know she would assist me. They took care of my oil change in just a few minutes and Evelyn explained everything I needed to know as far as the other stuff needed for my vehicle. I needed tires and they recommended an alignment which I thought was very weird because why would you recommend an alignment before you know you were going to install some new tires and a wheel? But Evelyn said she would follow up with me this week about the other services requested, which I look forward to. I always recommend AutoNation Honda! Their service dept. is so good to me 99% of the time! :)

We were in an unfortunate situation while visiting Las Vegas. Our minivan's alternator went out at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon. After getting Triple A to come out to tow our van to AutoNation Honda, we arrived at 5:59pm. The service department was about to leave for the weekend, but after telling Keith our situation, he worked it out with Irv and the mechanics to get our van fixed. They stayed after hours and made sure that we were taken care of. Our car was back running by 7:30pm and we were able to drive home safely on Sunday morning. Keith called on Monday to make sure that we got to our destination safely. Customer care is truly at the heart of the employees at AutoNation Honda. We can't express how thankful we are that they turned our unfortunate situation to a great story to share with our families and friends. We will be a lifetime Honda customer. Thank you!

Justin in the service department was great. I have a 2004 Accord with 175000 miles. My check engine light was on and the car was running really rough. A chain auto repair couldn’t diagnose the problem just wanted to try different things and see what would work, all the while charging for repairs that might not fix it. If they couldn’t find out what was wrong before doing repairs there was no way I would let them work on my car. Justine and the service team discovered oil was getting into the spark plugs and coils. They fixed the problem and my car is running like new.

We live in Elko, needed a recall done, there is not a Honda dealership in Elko. Took time from vacation to get recall done, the shuttle allowed us to continue our vacation while waiting for the recall to be done. Loved the free car wash Evelyn arranged. Effective system in place when dropping off and picking up. The teamwork culture is very obvious, our shuttle driver was a manager from another department (don't remember his exact title) filling in while regular shuttle driver had to leave country for a family funeral.

I will never purchase another vehicle from AutoNation, especially from Honda East Last Vegas. I had purchased by used 2015 Honda Pilot on 3/2/2019. I saw that the vehicle was available through multiple websites, however there was no actual photos of the vehicle. When I had contacted the dealership to ensure that the vehicle was still available, we were excited to drive in and check it out! The salesperson mentioned that the Pilot was just coming out of the body shop but it has got through their 125-point inspection. We test drove the vehicle and then decided to proceed with the purchase. I had advised the salesperson that the vehicle isn't clean since there was still dust and particles on the left side door panels. They had cleaned up the vehicle and removed the markings on the window from the body shop. Took the vehicle back to the dealership on 3/14/2019 (12 days after purchase) when we had noticed that when we were driving, we could feel a lot of bumps. Found out that the vehicle needed an entirely new power steering rack. Got the vehicle back on 3/14/2019 6:30PM and then found that the problem was still occurring, now our rear-view mirror was loose and one of the speakers wasn't working. We didn't have the vehicle long enough to enjoy the audio so there was no way for us to find out about it until after the fact. Took the vehicle back on 3/16/2019 8:45AM (14 days after purchase) to get the items fixed. Received a call later that evening stating that they did not have the parts and it will be available on 3/19/2019. We finally picked up the vehicle on 3/21/2019. Items were fixed, all of our gas was used, the vehicle was dirty and not vacuumed after the techs had fixed the vehicle. Today is 3/26/2019, 5 OUT OF 28 DAYS my vehicle was in the shop. I am very disappointed in the AutoNation brand and the dealership itself. It seems like the certified inspection was a joke. If I wanted to have a troubled vehicle like this, I could've gone to those smaller dealerships off of Boulder Highway. I should've known something was up from the beginning since there were no photos and when I saw the vehicle it was still "coming out of the body shop". I am lucky that my husband is a mechanic and he noticed these issues right away. I am sure this has happened to other people but they didn't notice until the warranty was up and had to pay out of pocket. Again, I will never buy from AutoNation, especially from Honda East Las Vegas.

My van broke down on the freeway and we were towed to this location. I was flying out the next morning, so I was unable to go into the store and speak face to face with anyone. They were quick to fix the vehicle without any issue. Problem was, I was told by Antonio that I would be able to pick up my van when I got back into town on Sunday, as long as I showed up by 6 PM. I was dropped off in a Uber from my flight about 4:30 PM. It was raining, I had my four kids, which includes a 3 month old, and found out that nobody was there. I called Antonio who said he would figure out what happened. He then texted me, "They already shut down. Everyone is gone.. They don't open til tomorrow at 7am." No call, a text. I called him to tell him he had done me wrong, gave me false information, and that my family was stranded without a vehicle, in the rain, and we live 2 hours away. Antonio told me the Service Manager would call me, but he never did. After getting sick of the rain, waiting outside, and our luggage soaked, we got a Uber back to the airport to rent a vehicle to drive home. After renting the vehicle, Antonio TEXTED me that cleaning crew would be there in an hour or so and could let me in. I told him that I would be able to swing by and get the van. He then texted me a bit after that it would 45 mins more than that. I understand he was trying to fix his wrong, but I had already stood in the rain with my family, rented a van, and dealt with a huge headache that shouldn't have happened. Worst part is, I asked him to have the service manager call me, and it still hasn't happened, it's been two days. This a wrong that needs to be fixed.

I took my Honda 2004 Civic for maintenance and check engine light that kept coming. While I wait to the fix to be determined, I was continually updated on the status of what was found and being worked. I was very happy the how courteous all the people were and enjoyed my stay while waiting for the repairs to be done and the problem being resolved.

I got a service minder (A015). I usually do my service in California Norm Reeves. I had no idea whom to contact here. I came here after my friend's recommendation. After the service today, My car which has this electric-only mode, with which it does 10 miles usually, ran like 16 miles! This is surprising. I'd like to observe how it goes. I'm totally happy about my experience and will certainly do business with them in the future.

I acquired a new 2015 Honda CR-V and the 2 sales people Mobin & Carlos R. are excellent. They allowed me to test drive both new and used models of all car makes so that I could make my own decision. No pressures from them whatsoever. They showed me the residual value after 36 months which dovetailed with the total purchase price less the 36 months of payment revealing no hidden bump up for deferred financing costs (for this model) so there were no surprises upfront. The costs were exactly as they said it would be. Easy paper work and constant contact from the Manager Louise. No hard sell. I'll be back and will refer others. The car itself is top rated and runs smoothly and has high end finishes. Thanks everyone!

Kenneth Schwartz was the most friendly and competent car salesman I have every dealt with in buying a car. AutoNation Honda East Las Vegas actually gave a discount on the 2015 Honda CR-V Touring model that we bought when Kenneth asked his manager to do so, because we were coming from Green Valley, AZ (about 8 hours driving time from Las Vegas) to pick-up the car. Finding a Touring model is very difficult because of the demand for them far exceeds the supply. Therefore the dealers are generally asking as least MSRP price for them. There were none available in Tucson. Only one in Phoenix and it was wrong color and priced higher than the MSRP. If your going to buy a Honda go to AutoNation Honda in east Las Vegas, If you live in the SW US, it may be worth your time and money.

I recently bought my second Honda from Auto Nation Honda East Las Vegas. A new car purchase can be annoying and stressful, but not at this dealership. You buy from a dealership, and a few years later, you walk in and everyone is new; not at Auto Nation Honda, I dealt with the same people as I did on my first transaction. That tells you something right there. Walking into this dealership, there is no pressure, you could easily be visiting your favorite relative, the way you are treated...like family. I started by taking my lease return to Joe Mendoza, a gentleman in every sense of the word. He made that whole process simplistic, quick and rewarding. There were no hassles, as I have seen at other dealerships. Our Sales person was Zulma Stone, to know her is to love her, her warm and effervescent personality is such a breath of fresh air. Throughout the entire sales process, she is there to answer your questions, make sure you are comfortable, and keep you apprised of what is happening. Ultimately, the numbers and acceptance of the deal come from the Sales Manager, Louise Evans. She is the Goddess of Auto Sales. She is the consummate professional, courteous and caring, words fail to describe what a nice person this woman is. Everything that they do is aimed at making you happy, and that is evident from the time you enter the dealership until you leave. I would never buy a Honda anywhere else, and once you go there, you will not either. I am not a friend or relative of anyone affiliated with this dealership and I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, so I have a lot of experience, both good and bad to compare them to. They gave me a great price, warm and friendly hospitality, and have earned my trust and confidence by their actions. I highly recommend them.

i dreaded having to buy a car. but it needed to be done. i first went to centennial toyota and dealt w/ robert the salesmen and joe michael fianace mgr. it was fine at first, but it was very hard to find a car that we could be financed for since my credit wasnt so great. but finally we agreed on a car. but only issue was car wasn't going to be ready till the next day. well, next day turned into the weekend then the whole week. i told them i needed a car now and couldn't wait. i needed my money back since i couldn't get a car with them. they first said ok, since check signer was available, the would bring personally bring the check to me because of all the issues i was having. i had to call them 20x to get my check. long story short. don't go to centennial toyota. that same night, i went to autonation honda on sahara. i was greeted by dwan wilson who was the sales person. he was very down to earth, understanding and very very easy to talk to. he was able to make a deal work with the cars we wanted and down pmt along with the monthly pmt that would work with me. hands down, autonation is an awesome dealership and DWAN WILSON is an awesome dealer!!!! not to mention, val and AZ the finance guys were very very accommodating!!!! i will refer all my friends and family to them!!!!

I had everything arranged before I arrived at the dealership. The price I walked out with was the exact price I was quoted. My vehicle is a 2014 Honda CR-V LX AWD, and I am very happy with it and with the buying experience. AutoNation will be first on my list for future purchases. I did not finance through AutoNation, so I cannot comment on that side of it, but if you are looking to buy a new car and prefer to arrange everything in advance through the internet, this is a great place to go.

I am a "ghost" meaning I have no real established credit. I am a first time buyer. These are the numbers in comparison with AutoNation Honda East and Carmax. The numbers: AutoNation Honda East. Car: Honda Accord Year: 2007 Mileage: 80K Down payment: $3,000 APR: 28% Monthly payment: $438 Carmax. Car: Volkswagen Jetta Year: 2013 Mileage: 30k Down payment: $3,500 APR: 12% Monthly payment: $358 Now looking at the numbers you may think that the reason the APR is lower for Carmax is the extra $500 down payment, but the best Honda later offered us 15% APR with $4,500 down. The story is we took the 2007 Honda Accord with the 28% APR. We were going to pay the additional $1,500 within 28 days to get a lower APR. The day we took the Honda it was told to us that it was in need of a new starter. They installed a new starter before we left the lot. The very next day the car would not start. We were stranded and called Honda. They sent a tow truck. It took two hours for them to get there when we only 14 minutes from Honda (according to google maps). Not only did they take long, they did not send a car for us. We had to find a ride back to the dealership. We asked for a refund. They came up with new numbers. Still the best they could do was 15% APR with a co-signer. I had already made up my mind I wanted a refund. At first they asked if we had our debit cards used in the down payment for the refund. Then we were told that they would cut is a check but it would take 2 days to go through corporate. We said okay and went to Carmax. After falling in love with the 2013 Jetta, we could not get it because we did not have our refund. Carmax held the car for is for 3 days. We went to Honda on the 2nd day and expected our check. Instead they swiped our debit cards. Unfortunately this meant it would take the banks anywhere from 3-7 business days to show back up in our bank account. We were stuck without a car until the money went through. We called and asked Honda to please cut us a check so we can get our car but they said they couldn't. Thank god a family member loaned us the money so we could get the Jetta. I would recommend the Carmax experience over Honda/AutoNation to anyone.

Four Stars for the Dealership and "FIVE" stars for my salesman, Doug S. I'm pretty anal when it comes to getting a good deal (I looked for a month at other dealerships) and I thought I had run out of options until I wrote Doug S. at Autonation Honda East. I sent Doug an e-mail with what price the other dealers were quoting me and what price I wanted to pay and he wrote me back and accepted my offer, just like that! Hence, I have never had such a great, cut-to-the-chase, no-haggle, best price possible, salesman as Doug S. and I would highly recommend him to others looking to buy a new Honda. He truly made my car buying experience relaxing and worth while without the typical stress associated with buying a car. Respectfully, I deducted one-star for the dealership because I expected their finance department to be as candid as Doug which was not the case. However, in fairness to them...not that their finance department was bad, it's just that they were typical and when you're following an act like Doug's, who sets the bar so high for candor and integrity, I was probably expecting more than they could deliver. If I'm ever in the market for another Honda, Autonation Honda will be my go-to place and Doug S. my go-to salesman!
